Step 1 - Request a Sample Pack
Step 2 - Choose Card Format(s) from pages 2-3 of our Catalogue.
Step 3 - Choose the design you prefer from our themes i.e. Religious, Scenic, etc.
Step 4 - Choose Prayers/Poems/Verses on pages 16-27 of our Catalogue.
Step 5 - Complete order form(s) providing photo(s) of loved one and payment, and post all to us or call into our office.
Alternatively
Supply us with your own pictures/wording/poems etc and let us design your personalised cards;
Step 1 - Supply pictures for front/back of your card and any background pictures for the inside of your card along with any of your own text.
Step 2 - Complete enclosed order form(s) and fill out special requests section providing photo(s) of loved one and payment, and post all to us or call into our office.
Design & Finishing
Allow 1-3 days for a proof sample of your chosen design to be created. We will send a proof either through email or a printed copy can be posted or collected. After you approve your chosen card and any necessary changes are made, we can offer a fully finished sample to ensure you are 100% happy with your design before we proceed to print if you wish. (Please allow 1-3 working days for fully finished samples)
When you are completely happy with your design, we will print your chosen card. This process usually takes 3-5 working days. However, if you require your cards sooner, this can be arranged.

FAQs
How long will it be before I receive my Memoriam Cards?
We will usually make up a 2 or 3 proof samples based on what you have asked for in your order form or what we have spoken about, this process will take 1-3 working days. After this we allow as long as you need to look over these samples to see what changes need to be made, if any.
After you approve your chosen card and any necessary changes are made we can offer a fully finished sample to ensure you are 100% happy with your design before we proceed to print. If you would like a fully finished sample of your cards before we go to print this will also take 1-3 working days.
When you are completely happy with your design, we will print your cards, this process usually takes 3-5 working days.
If you require your cards sooner this can be arranged. Please ask about our next day print option when ordering.
As our cards can be fully personalised, we cannot put an exact time on the process from start to finish. We work fully with you to ensure all necessary changes are made and that you are 100% happy with what you are getting because of this some orders can take longer to complete from start to finish and others can be done a lot sooner.
Can I make changes after I have received my fully finished final sample?
Of course you can! We can make as many changes to your card as you require.
However, if you would like another fully finished sample, there will be a charge of £5 added to your bill.
Can I change the photo of my Loved One after I receive my proof samples?
Yes, you can. We can make as many changes as you require free of charge.
The photo I'm supplying of my Loved One is a group photo, will I crop it myself?
No, we can do all of this when we are designing your cards. With digital and hard copy photographs, best results are achieved using the original, full-size file or copy. It is not necessary to cut or crop photographs, and in group photographs, please put an X on the reverse side to mark the deceased person or let a member of staff know who it is. All photographs will be returned in the same condition as received.
Can I use more than 1 photograph in my Memoriam Cards?
Yes, you can add as many photos of your Loved One as your card format will allow. Large Folded Cards are ideal if you would like a collage of photos.
How will I send photos of my Loved One to you?
We can accept photos in a variety of ways; post, email, Facebook Messenger, etc, we can also take photographs in person. All photographs will be returned in the same condition as received.
Can you edit the photohraphs I have sent?
We can make minor changes to photographs, such as taking specs of dirt off or removing the background free of charge. However we cannot make major changes to your photographs.
I don't see anything I like or that would suit my Loved One's Memoriam Cards, can I create my own?
Yes, you can! As long as all images are of good size and quality. However, we will let you know if anything is not suitable or of good enough quality when we are in the design process. We will always use an alternative in this situation or you can let us know if there is anything else you would like to use.
I've ran out of cards from my order! Can I order some more?Yes, we keep all customer designs for a maximum of 2 years.
I live outside the UK, can I still order cards from you?
Yes, we can work through the whole process over the phone and even through email or Facebook, so you do not need to be here in person. Although there will be an extra charge for Postage.
Will my cards be laminated?
Yes, all of our cards are printed on 350 - 400 gram silk card and laminated with the highest quality gloss to ensure your memories last for years to come.
What is included in the price I'm paying?
The price you see on our pricelists is the price you pay. These prices include VAT and there are no hidden charges. If you are ordering any extras, such as envelopes for Wallet Cards, etc there will be an extra charge for these. You will be notified of any extra charges (if there are any) when you place your order.
Can I pay over the phone?
Yes, we can take credit/debit card payment over the phone and we can email or post your receipt to you.
Are envelopes included in my order?
We offer free envelopes with orders of Folded Cards, Large or Tri Folded Cards and Acknowledgement Cards. For Single Cards, Wallet Cards and Bookmarks there is an extra charge of £3 per 50 envelopes.
When are you open?We are open between 9:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday and close on the weekends. You can still contact us outside of these hours but you may not receive a reply until we are back in the office.
JPP Printing Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions with JPP Printing.
The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and ask for a printed copy for future reference.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods from JPP Printing you must be at least 18 years of age and we have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you.
No Waiver
Our failure to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of our rights or remedies in respect of any present or future default of the customer in performance or compliance with any of these Terms and Conditions.
Description of Goods/Warranty and Liability
Although we warrant that the goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by us all products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.
Products
We reserve the right to alter any details of products advertised without notice and while every effort is made to describe goods accurately in the advertisement no warranty is given as to accuracy and no responsibility will be accepted for error or mis-description and any resulting loss.
Supplied Customer Artwork in ‘Print-Ready’ Format
All artwork supplied by customers must be supplied in CMYK format. JPP Printing cannot be responsible for any colour shift that may occur when converting from RGB to CMYK.
All artwork must be supplied as 300dpi Hi-Res PDF’s. JPP Printing is not responsible for images that may print blurred or pixelated due to customer supplied artwork if its less than 300dpi. We require 3mm bleed on all edges if the document requires this. If you are unsure of the term ‘bleed’ then please call and speak to one of our staff. If the artwork supplied is not ‘Print Ready’ then JPP Printing will contact you in order for you to re-supply or to make amendments and endeavour to get your order into print as soon as possible. In most cases, JPP Printing will amend your artwork for you without charge if it is simple, however we may have to charge for alterations which can’t be rectified quickly - but we will of course advise you of any costs beforehand. Any delays in artwork not being supplied ‘Print Ready’ may lead to your order missing the desired delivery slot.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the entire design & text copy content within the proof provided, therefore we advise a copy of the proof and check all names, verses, dates, messages and any other text. You will be required to send a written (emailed) acceptance if you wish to proceed with the final design proof before going to print. Once cards are printed, any further changes will be chargeable at the full rate.
It is your responsibility to provide a high resolution photograph, it is recommended at 300 dpi or above, therefore there will be no refunds due to photographs provided by the customer that are low resolution and result in poor print quality.
If your cards arrive incorrect due to our printing errors/materials, a free reprint will be offered.
Complaints
Any complaints must be made within 24hours of receiving your goods. Any complaints made after this time period are void of any right to refund or reprint. We have right to resolve any complaint within our own discretion and we will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of markets, loss of reputation, loss of customers, loss of use, loss of an opportunity, even if we had knowledge that such damages or loss might arise or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss howsoever arising including without limitation breach of contract, negligence, wilful act or default.
Printing Defects
Customer must notify JPP Printing in writing (via email) within 3 business days of delivery of any defects discovered in the finished goods. In order to receive replacements Customer must return 95% of the delivered product within 7 days of delivery. JPP Printing shall not be liable for any costs, expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or third party company arising directly or indirectly out of any print error. In the event that we have printed a document incorrectly and it be found to be our fault, then we will supply a full re-print without cost to the customer. If the customer wishes to alter the artwork prior to the re-print, then this will be treated as a new order and be consequently charged for. Any changes in quantity ordered must be made in writing via email prior to commencement of processing. Any increases in the order must be regarded as a separate contract unless written notification is received before work commences on the original order. We reserve the right to alter the delivery date agreed initially due to our having to potentially order in more materials to achieve a desired larger quantity.
Quantity Changes to Orders
Any changes in quantity ordered must be made in writing via email prior to commencement of processing. Any increases in the order must be regarded as a separate contract unless written notification is received before work commences on the original order. We reserve the right to alter the delivery date agreed initially due to our having to potentially order in more materials to achieve a desired larger quantity.
Quantity Variation
We shall be deemed to have fulfilled our contract by delivery of a quantity within 5% plus or minus of the quantity of printed goods ordered and you will be charged at the contract rate for the quantity delivered.
Paper Quality
We cannot guarantee of the paper quality that was printed in the past or a sample was sent to you as we buy from different sources of paper mills and merchants and stock a large number of paper pallets. Supplier to supplier’s paper may vary slightly from paper’s smooth, rough, colour, grain etc.
Paper Grams (GSM)
We cannot give 100% guarantee of the paper grams (GSM) as we buy from paper merchants with certificate of paper grams.( + - ) 5% variation of paper grams (GSM) can happen due to large volume of paper purchase from different merchants.
Delivery
Every effort will be made to deliver on time but any delivery day specified is a ‘best endeavor’ and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods. We will do our very best to ensure that an order is dispatched on the day specified. But we cannot give an exact delivery time guarantee or assure that the delivery will be made on as per our indicated time, as we have to rely on third party delivery companies and couriers. JPP Printing shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.
Any delivery times given are estimated and might be extended in connection with high volume of orders.
If an order is delivered to the wrong delivery addresses due to the customer providing us with the wrong address, then it is possible that the consignment we be returned back to JPP Printing. In the event of this happening, we will arrange for re-delivery of the consignment to the correct address and charge for the additional delivery cost. If it is possible for the parcel to be intercepted before it is returned to JPP Printing, then we will do our best to get the consignment returned to the local depot and then re-delivered to the new address without any cost. However, if the new delivery address does not fall under the delivery area for that depot and needs to be transferred to a different depot for delivery then there will be additional delivery charge.
Order returns, cancellation, refunds
Due to nature of products we sell, reimbursements for products already printed or being printed are not possible. It is possible to cancel orders that have not already been produced or sent to print.
Liability
Save in so far as defects in the goods cause death, injury or damage to personal property, our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you in respect of the goods shall be limited to the contract value of the goods. We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of markets, loss of reputation, loss of customers, loss of use, loss of an opportunity even if we had knowledge that such damages or loss might arise or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss howsoever arising including without limitation breach of contract, negligence, wilful act or default in lieu of any unfulfilled order.
Severability
In the event that any or any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent such term, condition or provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Force Majeure
We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising from any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such cause and in such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability whatsoever to you.
Payment Method
Unless under prior credit agreement, all orders must be paid for on delivery. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and payment cannot be accepted in any other currency unless by prior agreement. We are pleased to accept, cheques and bank transfers for goods, however all funds must be cleared on delivery. The goods remains JPP Printing’s property until the buyer has paid for it and discharged all other debts owing to JPP Printing.
Quotations
Orders are accepted subject to our right to adjust prices quoted to take into account of any changes in the law or government regulations requiring us to increase prices by way of direct taxation, import duties, customs and excise duties or otherwise. The prices are based on today’s current costs of production and in the event of any increase in wages or costs of materials to us occurring after the confirmation of accepted contract, we shall be entitled to charge such increases to you.
VAT
Where applicable all prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate. If VAT is noticed on your order after the bill has been paid, you as the customer are still liable to pay the VAT in full. We are bound by law to charge VAT according to HM Customs & Excise guidelines.
Content Rules
JPP Printing shall not be indemnified by the buyer in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out of the printing by JPP Printing for the buyer of any illegal or unlawful matter, including matter which is libelous or infringes copyright, patent, design or any other proprietary or personal rights or infringes any other rights, such as a trade mark of any person or entity or a duty owed to any person or entity, such as a duty of confidentiality or is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, abusive, threatening or defamatory, misrepresents identity or impersonates any person including any material containing personally identifying information about another person, such as their address, phone number, or email address, except with the written approval of that person. Material which contains pornographic, obscene, indecent, satanic or offensive images or text gives the impression that it emanates from or has been approved by us, advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act and so we will not be printing it. JPP Printing shall not be required to print or design any matter which in their opinion is or may be of an illegal or libelous nature or an infringement of the proprietary or other rights of any third party or is against JPP Printing’s moral values or Canon Law of the Catholic Church.
